From sign-up to your first live job

    Create an account

    Sign up as a developer with your email.

    Apply for credentials

    Describe what you're building and choose the scopes you need.

    We review it

    Once approved, your client ID and secret are emailed to you, once.

    Test, then go live

    Build against the sandbox. When it works, we move you to live.

How credentials work

Built to be safe

Secure by default

Standard OAuth

Server-to-server client credentials. Tokens last one hour and carry only the scopes your application was approved for.

Scoped to one employer

Every application belongs to exactly one employer. You only ever see, or change, that employer's jobs and applications.

Sandbox first

Test jobs never reach the public job board, and you can simulate applications without a real candidate.

Signed webhooks

Events are POSTed to your endpoint with an HMAC-SHA256 signature, so you can verify every delivery came from Rolefy.
